Official Company License

Our online gambling service operates under licences issued by a recognised regulator that supervises fair play, data protection, and security aligned to international standards. The issuing authority, its oversight role, the issue date, the validity term, and the licensed territory appear on the regulator’s public register and seal. You can confirm if Pinco is legal in Canada by checking the verifier and your provincial rules.

Brand–operator Separation and Ownership Waiver

Pinco is not the owner of companies licensed by the relevant regulator and does not manage those operators. Those companies hold the gaming licence and run the service.

The brand has no financial, managerial, or other interests in the licensed companies. It has no ability to influence operational or management decisions made by those entities. Responsibility for actions or violations lies with the operating company and, where applicable, the regulator. Any claims or queries must be directed to the relevant company or the supervising authority named on the register.

Licence Verification: Authenticity, Status, and Use Rules

Pinco’s licence and seal verification system lets you confirm current status and licence authenticity. It also helps you assess if Pinco is legit in Canada based on your province’s rules.

The verifier is a digital status-check tool that links to the regulator’s register entry. All texts, images, and other materials shown in the seal or register are the regulator’s content and remain protected by copyright and related rights. Any commercial or other third‑party use of that content is prohibited unless the rights holder consents in writing. Improper use may lead to removal requests, account restrictions, or penalties under applicable law.

Trademarks and Brand Identifiers: Rights and Restrictions

Trademarks, logos, and commercial identifiers displayed on the site or apps, including any Pinco word or design marks, are protected by the rights holder, which may be the licence holder or the regulator.

Ownership extends beyond domain names and registered marks to other brand‑style elements such as icons, typography, and colour schemes that identify the service. Any unauthorised use, imitation, or confusingly similar presentation is prohibited. Violations may result in legal liability or enforcement by the rights holder.
