Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website
These Terms and Conditions set the legal rules for use of the official Pinco website and mobile application by users located in Canada. They apply to every account, registration, and use of our services across provinces and territories, subject to local laws and where betting is allowed. Availability varies by jurisdiction, and some services may not be offered in certain regions, including where licensing is required but not held. By accessing or continuing to use the platform, you agree to read and follow these rules.
Pinco General Terms for Account Registration and Use
Acceptance of terms
- By creating an account, completing registration, or using the services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the privacy policy, and any game or bonus rules that apply.
- We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in your account or by email where possible. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services and close your account.
Eligibility and who may use the services
- You must be the legal age for gambling in your province or territory (19 in most areas; 18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec).
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is allowed and where the services are offered to you.
- Only one account per person, household, payment instrument, and device is permitted.
- You must not be self-excluded, on a responsible gambling exclusion list, or otherwise prohibited by law or sport integrity rules from placing bets.
Proper use of the platform
- Use your account for personal entertainment only. Commercial use, syndicate betting, and acting on behalf of others are not permitted.
- Prohibited conduct includes bots or automated scripts, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, arbitrage based on obvious data errors, chargebacks, and attempts to bypass geolocation or verification.
- We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or manage risk.
Content and intellectual property
- All content, software, event data, and odds are protected. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the services for lawful betting.
- Copying, scraping, sublicensing, or redistributing site content or odds is not permitted.
Limitation of liability
- Services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
- To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, liability for losses connected to your use of the services is limited to the lesser of: (a) the amount of your disputed bet; or (b) your net deposits in the six months before the claim. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or where prohibited by consumer protection laws.
Governing law and dispute handling
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your province or territory.
- Raise disputes through customer support first. If unresolved and if you are in Ontario and the operator is registered there, you may escalate through iGaming Ontario’s process. Arbitration or court options may apply where permitted; your statutory rights remain.
General Betting Rules and How Bets are Settled
Eligibility to place bets
- You must have an active, verified account, be located in an allowed jurisdiction at the time of the bet, and have sufficient cleared funds.
- Certain users (athletes, officials, league staff, and others bound by sport integrity rules) may be prohibited from betting on related competitions.
Bet acceptance and betslips
- A bet is accepted only when our servers issue a bet ID and the bet appears in your account history.
- We may refuse, limit, or partially accept a bet before confirmation. Once accepted, a bet cannot be altered or cancelled by you.
- In-play betting may include time delays to manage integrity and market updates.
Odds, pricing, and palpable errors
- Odds can change before acceptance; your bet settles at the price accepted.
- If a manifest error occurs (for example, wrong odds or market), we may void the bet or settle at the correct odds that were intended at the time of placement.
Minimums, maximums, and payout caps
- Minimum and maximum stake amounts are shown on the betslip and can vary by market, sport, and event.
- We may apply maximum payout limits per market, per event, per day, or per account. Any cap will be applied to total winnings from related bets.
Settlement rules
- Bets are settled on the official result as announced by the governing body at the time of settlement. Later changes due to appeals do not usually affect settlement unless stated in market rules.
- If an event is abandoned, postponed, or moved, settlement follows the specific market rules. If no rule applies, bets may be void and stakes returned.
- Dead-heat rules may apply where there are joint winners. Related-contingency rules may apply if multiple selections are connected.
Restrictions and integrity
- We may restrict markets or users where we detect unusual betting patterns, use of inside information, or integrity risks.
- Users must not collude or hedge across multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
Cancellations and voids
- If an event is cancelled or not completed within a reasonable period stated in market rules, affected bets are void unless the rules specify otherwise.
- Technical failures that duplicate or misprice a bet may result in voiding or correction.
Bonuses and wagering
- If you accept a bonus, the related terms apply. Wagering requirements, contribution rates, and expiry rules will be stated. Void bets and some cashed-out bets may not count toward wagering.
Platform reference
- On Pinco, a bet is accepted only after system confirmation and display in your betting history.
Pinco Payment Rules for Deposits and Withdrawals
Funding your account
- Available deposit methods are shown in your account cashier and may include Interac e-Transfer, Visa or Mastercard debit/credit, direct bank transfer, and approved e‑wallets.
- The default minimum deposit is typically CAD 10; method-specific limits apply. We do not add fees, but your provider may charge fees.
- Deposits credit instantly or within a short period depending on the method. Funds may be held until verification is complete.
Withdrawals
- Payouts are returned to the original payment method where possible and may require use of the same source of funds.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts typically start at CAD 10–20; maximums can apply per transaction or per day and are shown in the cashier.
- Processing time is usually 24–72 hours for internal review, followed by banking or e‑wallet timelines (e.g., Interac e‑Transfer within minutes to 24 hours; cards 2–5 business days; bank transfers 1–5 business days).
- Identity verification is required before a first withdrawal and whenever risk triggers arise.
>Verification and security (KYC/AML)
- We may request government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documents.
- Inconsistent or incomplete information can delay or block transactions until resolved.
Restrictions and reversals
- We may decline deposits, return unspent funds to the original method, or place temporary holds to meet legal and risk obligations.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to account restrictions and recovery of costs.
Currency and fees
- Canada accounts operate in CAD. If a non-CAD method is used, your provider’s foreign exchange rate and fees apply.
Cancelling operations
- You may cancel a pending withdrawal in the cashier if that feature is available and the request has not yet been processed.
- We may cancel or adjust a transaction where fraud, error, or regulatory issues are suspected.
Dormant accounts and unclaimed funds
- Accounts with no login for 12 months may be deemed dormant; an inactivity fee may apply where permitted by law. Unclaimed funds may be handled under provincial unclaimed property regimes.
